It is a mechanism created by the devil to use against you to stop you from worshiping God with confidence.

The truth of the matter is that we are forgiven just by a decision from God.
It is instantaneous.
When forgiven, we should let go of our guilt.
Yet why do some of us hold on to it so tightly?
