Captured Light
I went to prom tonight.
Spent a total of 206 bucks,
Armed with a DSLR and a flash light
I took so many photos.

Photos were the main highlight
We take with those whom we cherish
Those whom we find dear to us
Those who shaped our JC life.

On the way home,
I was alone,
Not exactly alone, but alone.
Likewise in the photos
What if we stood beside no one
And I placed my arm around
An imaginary friend?

Alone
The Creative created me unique,
Only I am like...
Me.
The Infinite gave me breath
The Majestic formed me from dust
One special day, I will be worse than rust
And then these photos
Will matter no more.
